Our wholesale candles are made to order, allowing each retailer’s order to be produced specifically for their shop rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory.

Discovery Sets are not available for wholesale.
Fragrance Testers
Retailers may add 3.6 oz mini scent testers to qualifying wholesale orders for $5 each.
Testers are limited to one per fragrance ordered and are intended for in-store scent display only. Testers are not for resale.
Made to Order
Wholesale orders are produced specifically for each retailer.
Our concrete vessels are individually poured, cured, finished, and then hand poured with soy wax in small batches. Because of this process, wholesale orders typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.
Lead times may vary for larger orders or during peak seasonal periods. Any extended lead time will be communicated before production begins.
Shipping & Damage
Wholesale shipping charges are calculated separately and are not included in order minimums. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
All orders are carefully packed to protect our handcrafted concrete vessels during transit.
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@wickoryandwhimsy.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged candle(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Please retain the damaged products and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Confirmed shipping damage will be resolved with a replacement or account credit, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
Because each concrete vessel is handmade, natural variations in color, texture, small air pockets, and surface markings are not considered shipping damage or product defects.
