Refund & Returns Policy — Wickory & Whimsy

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Unused candles and unopened body-care in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Used candles, partially used body-care, gift cards, custom or final-sale items.

Damages & issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If damaged/incorrect, email photos to info@wickoryandwhimsy.com within 7 days so we can replace or refund.

How to start a return
Email info@wickoryandwhimsy.com with your order #. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

Refunds
Once received/inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method (your bank may take 5–10 business days).

Shipping costs
Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted unless we made an error.

Exchanges
For faster exchanges, return the item and place a new order after your refund is processed.
